You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is registered in your own name and that you have the legal right to use it. ph333f does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, and any deposit found to originate from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your account. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks; ph333f reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. 6. Limitation of Liability

7. Account Suspension & Closure

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, ph333f may freeze account balances pending investigation and may report relevant information to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation and applicable regulatory guidance. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting the support team; any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure after identity verification is completed. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy provisions, details of which will be communicated to the account holder in advance.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the ph333f platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ph333f or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
